I worked for two years at Jenzabar, on a design/ information architecture overhaul of their top selling Jenzabar Internet Campus Solution (JICS), a portal used by universities to facilitate communication and workflow between students and university faculty. This was primarily a user interface design job. I designed the navigation, information architecture, look and feel, and wrote extensive design and functional specs for the application features.
